CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Annual Calibrations throughout the calendar year are a regular occurrence. We have also always repaired any equipment that we have manufactured no matter how long it has been in service. These situations are repair/buy-new decisions made by our customers. In addition, we sometimes repair, at customer request, equipment built by other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This support philosophy has been and continues to be a source of technical learning, customer assistance, and joint satisfaction. It is yet one more way that companies such as ours can “make a difference.”
